Inquiry – Guidance for the Inner Journey

Tuesday, September 25 2012 7:30pm-9pm The Jung Center 5400 Montrose Blvd Houston, TX 77006 Fee: $20 ($15 Jung Center members) Diamond Approach teacher Michael Boone offers an open-ended exploration of immediate experience. Description: How can we explore our own reality and get to know ourselves as we are? Where do we begin? In the Diamond Approach, the renowned philosopher and teacher, A. H. Almaas articulated a way to inquire into the mystery of who and what we are. This inquiry synthesizes modern psychological knowledge with meditation practices and attitudes to make possible a more comprehensive realization of our true nature. In this lecture and conversation, we will learn about and practice inquiry, a dynamic, open-ended exploration into the immediacy of our experience.

Teacher Michael Boone is a teacher in the Ridhwan School, which presents the Diamond Approach: a spiritual teaching devoted to realizing our full human potential. He has been involved in the Diamond Approach since 1981 and teaches in Boulder, Houston, and Italy. Soul Discovery Weekend

Saturday June 23 & Sunday June 24, 2012
8367 Santa Clara Drive   Dallas Texas
10 – 5:30  (90 min lunch break)
Cost: $225

Taught by Lauren Taylor

Often we find ourselves in the position of being less than authentic. We can compromise and inhibit our true expression in favor of putting on a mask of acceptable behavior. Our dynamism and aliveness chafes at this restriction and yearns to break free.

In this weekend, we will explore ways to reignite the fire that lies deep in our inner Nature. We will learn to identify and pierce the blocks that cover up who we really are.
